More Energy

Autumn slowly enters our life. We start to feel that our energy level is dropping down and all benefits of summer walks in mountains or enjoying the beach seems to be vanished. One hour massage can help restore an energy level very fast and combining it with for example Pilates session will bring back strength and sense of balance. Try also this quick boosting technique

  1. Form fists with both hands and place them on the middle part of your chest
  2. Your collar bone should be above your thumbs
  3. Close your eyes and take a deep breath
  4. When you start to breath out cup your chest with your fists gently and rhythmically, feeling a nice warmth spreading all over the chest
  5. Stop for taking another in breath and start cupping again while you breathing out
  6. Try to work on the whole chest keeping rhythm and a nice and soft pressure
  7. Experiment with different rhythm and pressure. More vigorously you are doing that, more energy you can feel, but be sure that you are not cupping over the bony part of your chest.
