Honoring the Body

There is nothing like “objective beauty”. With a different shape of our bottoms, breasts, chests etc we all can look great! Our body is our home and needs to be treated with respect and love. Eating well, exercise, breathing, having regular massages is a gate to a healthy, firm and strong body and therefore to happy life. Even applying a lotion can be a great moment of appreciation of our own body and a great massage too!

  1. Always start from your legs so the blood will be pushed towards the heart
  2. Working on each leg make slow (for relaxing) or vigorous ( for uplifting) circles with both hands
  3. Use more pressure applying a lotion on thighs.
  4. Take care of your feet as well; especially the sole likes circles, which you can make with your thumbs.
  5. To massage the abdomen use one hand and make big and slow circles, all around the abdominal cavity. Do not apply too much pressure.
  6. The upper chest is better to massage with one hand making circles mostly with your fingers, while legs and arms like the pressure from a whole hand.
  7. To finish hold your hands on the face with several breaths. Connect with your whole body. Feel this moment.
