Shoulders It is common that while sitting in front of the computer and typing for a long period of time we are unconsciously lifting our shoulders. Holding them in the same position for hours might cause stiffness and in later stage pain. Try to make regular intervals or make your clock alarm ringing every two hours for 5 minutes break. If you are disciplined enough to do this on a regular base, you will very soon welcome a much more relaxed you!
