Cancellation policy

Credit card details are required at the time of booking.

Cancellation made the day before the appointment we will charge 50%.

Cancellation made on the day, we will charge full amount of the treatment.

All treatments paid in advance are non refundable. We recommend that you arrive 15 min. before your appointment.

We reserve the right to shorten the treatment in case of delay.
